Student Florist Cup 2023

This year 6 florist students from 3 different schools from Estonia (Räpina School of Horticulture, Estonian Florist School) and Finland (TTS Työtehoseura) participated in the competition.

Design I was a room decoration on theme “New approach to Christmas Tree”, and the competitors know the task. This is individual task and all construction is prepared at home.

II design was surprise theme – bouquet “Winter breeze”.

III design was surprise theme – planting “Merry Christmas!”

The designs will be evaluated by 3 judges. The judging procedure was closed.

Judges – Saija Sitolahti (Finland), Yulia Medvedjeva (Estonia) and Tuuli Luiga (Estonia).

Technical committee – Maarit Patrikainen (Finland), Kersti Aave (Estonia) and Eva Möldre (Estonia).

Grand Prix was achieved by Deivi Sarapson, a student from Estonia, Räpina School of Horticulture. The runner up place went to Erja Nopanen from Finland (TTS Työtehoseura) and the bronze went to Signe Jahnson from Estonia (Räpina School of Horticulture).
